***Homeowner's with over 30 days delinquent dues will be subject to a lien. Homeowner's with a lien will be subject to foreclosure, per LCPHOA Covenants. Lien release cost is $250. All attorney fees will be the homeowner's responsibility.

Lake County has both Nuisance Animal(s) and Attack or bite to persons and/or animals ordinances. Our HOA also covers this in our LCPHOA Covenants. Update: SECO is finalizing our purchase of the Streetlamps and poles. LCPHOA will be doing a trial with a couple different solar lights to find the best fit for our community during the months of June-September, 2026.
