Community events will be listed soon.
They will include community wide yard sale day, Saturday morning Yoga classes at the basketball court (1x month), and possible Community Volunteer Clean up events with snacks and beverages.

Per Article VI of LCP Covenants
- Section ,7.. All automobiles shall be parked in the garage or driveway excepting those of house guests. No automobile shall be parked in the front [lawns] or side yard of any dwelling. it is the intention of this clause that HABITUAL PARKING of vehicles in the STREET OR YARD which are owned by the residents be PROHIBITED so as to keep the roads as clear as possible and the yards looking good.
Also:
The Covenants PROHIBIT any BOATS parked on the driveways and violations are subject to fines.

PLAYGROUND IS NOW FULLY OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS- All ages welcome; The climber is for ages 5-12 only.
